Dear member of Channel Sailing Division (CSD) and existing and prospective members of the Civil Service Channel Sailing Club Ltd* (CSCSC).
This is a notice for both Channel Sailing Division AGM and for Civil Service Channel Sailing Club Limited Extraordinary General Meeting- agendas for both meetings are attached respectively.
Saturday 8th November 2-5pm
Venue: The Gaff Rigger, Mercury Yacht Harbour, Hamble, S031 4HQ.
Timings are as follows:
CSD AGM 1.30pm-2.30pm
Tea 2.30-3pm
CSCSC EGM 3-5pm
*As previous notices in the CSSA newsletter and email communications to CSD members have indicated, CSCSC Ltd has been formed to take over the business of CSD. Some CSD members have already joined CSCSC. You may attend the CSCSC EGM if you have already signed up as a member of CSCSC or if you intend to sign up immediately following the EGM. Only signed up members will be eligible to vote at the meeting, however.
Please let Jim Houlihan, Secretary of CSD and CSCSC, know by Wednesday 29th October if you wish to attend in person or virtually by email: jimhoulihanm@gmail.comwith “CSD/CSCSC AGM/EGM” in the Title Field and indicate “virtual” or “in person”. Please let Jim know if you have any dietary restrictions.
Papers and Zoom details will be sent out to those registering their attendance, either virtually or in person for either or both meetings.
